Which Acuity appointment types can the AI offer?

Only the saved selection of active, public types whose price is exactly zero. Paid, private, inactive and ambiguous-price types are excluded.

How does Acuity connect?

Enter the Acuity User ID and API Key. The integration uses Basic authentication; there is no Acuity OAuth flow in this connection.

Can it collect the required intake fields?

The integration reads the selected type’s required booking fields and collects the details needed to submit the appointment.

Can MessageMind capture an Acuity deposit?

No. The currently selectable appointment types are free, and this workflow does not capture Stripe, Square or other payments.

Can it book packages or renew subscriptions?

Do not treat this appointment workflow as a package or subscription-purchase integration. It offers the selected free appointment types and does not renew payments.

Does checking a slot hold it?
