Default to writing. Default to deciding. Meetings are for hard problems, not status updates.

A small thing shipped on Tuesday beats a perfect thing shipped never. We iterate in production with real customers.

We give direct feedback inside minutes, not weeks. We say what we mean. We assume the best in each other.

Live close to customers.

Everyone, including engineering, talks to customers regularly. The product gets sharper when the loop is short.

    30 minutes with one of us. We talk about you, the role, and answer everything.

    A short, paid take-home or a 90-minute pairing session, whichever fits the role.

    Team chat.

    Meet two more people on the team. Half technical, half "would we love working with you".

    Offer.

    Inside a week of the team chat. Always written, with full transparency on numbers.
