Which Setmore plan can connect?

Setmore API access requires an eligible paid plan. A free Setmore account cannot connect through this API integration.

How do I connect Setmore?

Enter the Refresh Token supplied for your Setmore API connection. MessageMind exchanges it for an access token and refreshes that access token when needed.

Which services can the AI book?

The connector selects free services with valid duration and assigned staff, then checks availability for the chosen service. Customers are matched by email before a new customer is created when needed.

Can clients pay a deposit or full amount when they book?

The current connector selects free Setmore services and can create, reschedule or cancel supported appointments. It does not collect deposits or payments.

Can invitees reschedule or cancel from the chat?

The integration supports rescheduling and cancellation for an existing appointment. Availability and permission checks still apply; do not assume every confirmation includes a separate management link.

What happens when a booking gets complicated?

When a client asks something the AI should not answer alone (custom pricing, multi-session packages, group bookings outside your standard class setup), MessageMind flags the thread for your team and books only after a human confirms. The full chat history is attached.
