What does MessageMind synchronize with Brevo?

Contacts, supported contact attributes and the lists used for MessageMind labels. The integration also processes supported contact-update, list-addition, deletion and unsubscribe events.

How do I connect Brevo?

Paste a Brevo v3 API key into the integration. The connection verifies the account and uses the key for contact and list API calls; there is no OAuth setup.

Can existing Brevo automations still use the contacts?

Your Brevo automations keep their own rules. Contact and list changes may be inputs to those rules, but MessageMind does not expose a separate direct automation-enrollment action through this integration.

Can MessageMind send a Brevo transactional email or create a deal?

Those are not actions of this contact-sync integration. Manage transactional emails, deals and their workflows in Brevo or another separately supported tool.

Are custom attributes supported?

Supported mapped fields are written as Brevo attributes. Secondary emails, secondary phones and date of birth use dedicated attributes because Brevo does not expose native fields for them.

What happens if I rotate the API key?

Update the key in MessageMind. A regenerated or IP-restricted key that the server cannot use causes validation to fail; live webhooks also require a public receiver URL.
