Your SimplyBook.me account needs API access and the custom features required for your workflow. The connector uses the SimplyBook.me JSON-RPC API.

How does the API or OAuth setup work?

Enable the API custom feature in SimplyBook.me and provide Company Login, API Key and API Secret. The current connection selects active, public, free one-to-one services for booking.

Can the AI book classes or group services?

The current connection selects active, public, free one-to-one services. The AI does not book individual class or group seats, memberships or recurring class places.

What about payment capture through Stripe, PayPal or local methods?

The integration can read availability and create, reschedule or cancel supported free bookings. It does not collect deposits or deliver Stripe or PayPal payment receipts.

Are multi-language replies automatic?

MessageMind can reply in the language of the conversation using the business information and supported free one-to-one services available to it. The connector does not add class or group-seat booking support.

Can a human take over for complex rescheduling?

Yes.
