What phone teams ask us first.

How natural does the AI voice actually sound?

Indistinguishable from a polished human rep on most calls. We use a sub-200ms latency voice stack tuned to your brand tone, with natural pauses, back-channels and turn-taking. Callers regularly finish a 4-minute call without realising it was AI, until disclosure.

Which telephony providers does it plug into?

Twilio is the default and lights up in a few minutes. We also work with RingCentral, Aircall, Vonage and most SIP trunks. Bring your existing business number, or we provision a fresh one in any country.

Which languages does it speak?

11 languages out of the box, with mid-call switching. English, Spanish, Italian, French, Czech, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian and Arabic. The voice detects the language the caller opens with and switches per turn if they swap.

Are calls recorded? Where do transcripts live?

Yes, every call is recorded and transcribed by default. Both live on the contact in your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) plus a searchable archive in MessageMind. Retention windows, redaction and "no-record" flags are all configurable per call type.

What about compliance, AI-disclosure and regulated industries?

AI-disclosure is on by default and tuned to your jurisdiction (FCC, FTC, EU AI Act, GDPR, TCPA). Opt-out is one phrase away on every call, and we honour DNC and consent flags pulled from your CRM. We work with regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal) under BAA / DPA.

How fast can we go live, and how do you train the voice?

Most teams go live in 48 to 72 hours. We ingest your existing scripts, call recordings and FAQ on the kick-off call, tune the voice to your brand, and dry-run inbound + outbound flows with your team before the line goes live.

Will callers know it is AI?

You decide. Most teams disclose it on first contact ("AI assistant from..."). Callers regularly say they could not tell, because the tone is tuned to match your best rep and the latency feels human.
