The integration uses the Hercules/Beatrice contacts and candidates API. It is not a connector to a conveyancing case-management system.

How is Hercules authenticated?

Enter the Hercules API Key and, where required, Workspace ID. Calls use bearer authentication; there is no Hercules OAuth flow in this connection.

Can MessageMind open a legal matter?

No. Matter types, solicitor allocation and conveyancing milestones are not supported actions of this contact integration.

Does it generate SRA or AML compliance packs?

No. Legal compliance packs, client-care letters and compliance evidence are not generated by this integration.

Can it generate and sign documents?

No legal-document generation or e-signature action is provided here. Keep those actions in the appropriate legal or signing tools.

Can it update an existing Hercules contact?

The current Hercules API boundary supports contact listing and creation but has no contact-update endpoint. Do not expect an existing Hercules record to be overwritten.
