Which ScoreApp plan is required?

Any ScoreApp plan that includes the public API or webhook outputs gives you the full MessageMind integration (Lite, Standard, Advanced). Advanced unlocks the branching-logic payload we read to build on-brand follow-ups, but the base integration works on every current paid plan.

How do I connect my ScoreApp account (OAuth or API)?

MessageMind connects via a ScoreApp API key you generate under Account Settings, plus the per-scorecard webhook URL for the quizzes you want in scope. Paste both into the ScoreApp card in Integrations and the first lead flows through in under a minute.

Does it respect scorecard branching and conditional logic?

Yes. MessageMind reads the full result payload (score, band, recommendations and every conditional outcome) and uses it as grounding for the first reply. Branching and conditional logic are preserved exactly as you built them in ScoreApp.

Can I run multi-scorecard setups through one MessageMind workspace?
