Which Microsoft 365 plan is required?

You need a Microsoft work or school account with access to the calendar you want to book. Teams links also depend on the account licensing and tenant permissions. Your administrator may need to approve the calendar permissions.

Which Microsoft permissions does MessageMind request?

The calendar connector requests openid, profile, email, offline_access, User.Read, Calendars.Read, Calendars.ReadWrite and OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite. Email inbox access is configured separately through the Outlook channel.

Does this also connect a shared mailbox?

The Microsoft 365 integration connects calendar availability and events. To receive and reply to email, connect the Outlook email channel separately with the appropriate mailbox permissions.

Does every booking include a Teams link?

A Teams link is optional and depends on the connected account, tenant permissions and Microsoft licensing. If online meeting creation is unavailable, the event can be created as a plain Outlook calendar event.

Which calendar can the AI book?

The connector uses the calendars accessible to the connected Microsoft account. Choose the intended calendar during setup and confirm that the account has permission to create its events.

Can a teammate take over the conversation?

Yes. A teammate can continue in the MessageMind shared inbox with the existing thread. The calendar integration does not write mailbox notes or Teams chat messages.
