Which Odoo versions does MessageMind support?

The connector requires a public HTTPS Odoo instance with XML-RPC access. Provide the Odoo URL, Database, Login Email and API Key, and confirm that the account has the required individual-contact permissions.

Which Odoo apps does the connector work with?

The connector syncs individual res.partner contacts, tags and mapped custom fields. It can read sale.order and stock.picking information for verified-customer order lookups. It does not create Opportunities, invoices, project tasks or stock reservations.

Can I map custom contact fields?

Yes. MessageMind reads the res.partner field catalog and maps supported custom contact fields. This is a contact mapping, not a mapping of every Odoo model or pipeline stage.

Can it map custom fields and custom stages?

You can map supported res.partner custom contact fields and link tags. MessageMind does not map arbitrary Odoo pipeline stages or automate every business model.
