Which Splose plan do I need?

Any paid Splose plan with online booking enabled works. MessageMind authenticates once with your Splose account and reads practitioners, service types, locations and live availability from there, so there is nothing to copy over by hand.

How does Splose authentication work?

Enter a Splose API key for your workspace and select the correct Australia/New Zealand or UK deployment. The connector uses the key as a bearer token; it does not use OAuth.

Does the integration verify NDIS or Medicare funding?

No. Funding eligibility, rebates and claims are handled by your clinic. Packages, group services and NDIS support activities may sync to the catalog but are not bookable by the AI.

Does it capture the deposit at booking?

The documented Splose integration creates patient records and Unconfirmed appointments. It does not directly collect a Stripe or Tyro payment or mark the booking as paid. Handle deposits through the clinic’s payment process.

Does it write clinical notes or treatment plans?

No. The supported writes are new patient records and Unconfirmed appointments. SOAP notes, treatment plans and clinical chart entries remain with your clinic team.

What happens on complex treatment plans or complaints?

Anything the AI should not answer, such as a clinical complication, a chronic pain management question or a billing dispute, is handed to your front desk with the full transcript and the Splose record linked. The client never has to repeat themselves.
