What the ScoreApp integration can do

The ScoreApp AI integration ships with the following capabilities out of the box:

  • Start a campaign when a lead signs up, starts your quiz, finishes it, or updates their details on the result page.
  • Add each lead to Contacts with their name, email address and phone number. If a contact with the same email or phone already exists, the lead is matched to that contact.
  • Put the lead's score, score tier and highest category into campaign messages.
  • Send leads down different paths of a campaign depending on how they answered a specific quiz question.

Data read and written

The ScoreApp AI integration touches a scoped set of fields. Here is exactly what moves between the two systems:

How to set up the ScoreApp AI integration

Setup takes a few minutes once your ScoreApp account is live. The outline:

  • In ScoreApp, click the ScoreApp logo at the top left, then Account settings > API keys.
  • Click add API key, name the key and click Create secret key.
  • Copy the key right away. ScoreApp shows it only once.
  • In MessageMind, open Connections > Integrations and pick CRM in the left rail.
  • Click Connect on the ScoreApp row. The Connect ScoreApp window opens.
  • Paste your key into API Key.

Limitations to know

The ScoreApp integration ships with a deliberately scoped surface. These are the limits worth knowing before you depend on it:

  • MessageMind does not send anything back to ScoreApp. Leads, scores and scorecards in ScoreApp stay as they are.
  • The AI agent does not look up scorecards or quiz results during conversations. ScoreApp data is used in campaigns only.
  • The ScoreApp triggers cannot be limited to one scorecard. Every scorecard that uses your Webhook URL starts the same campaigns.
  • A lead who has given neither an email address nor a phone number is not added to Contacts and starts no campaign. If your lead form comes after the questions, Quiz Started fires before the lead has given any details, so it starts nothing.
  • Quiz question works only in Condition steps. You cannot insert a quiz answer into the text of a message.

Paste the whole key exactly as ScoreApp showed it, including the number and the vertical bar (|) at the start. If you did not save it, create a new key in ScoreApp under Account settings > API keys.
