How is Playtomic connected?

Provide the club manager email and password, Partner API Client ID and Client Secret, Tenant ID, Tenant Slug and time zone. The connector uses manager login and Partner API credentials; it stores the manager credentials for token renewal.

How does API and OAuth setup work?

Connect with your manager email and password, Partner API Client ID and Client Secret, Tenant ID, Tenant Slug and time zone. Manager credentials are stored for token renewal; this is not an OAuth-only connection.

Can the AI create or join an open match?

Yes. It can create a padel open match with the configured type, gender policy and level range, or request a place in an existing match on behalf of the player.

Can the match-maker invite group members from the chat thread?

MessageMind can create an open padel match or request a place in an existing match for the player. It does not promise temporary court holds or automatically invite a private contact group.

Does payment capture work with Stripe on booking?

MessageMind does not directly capture Stripe payments. Court and match actions run through the Playtomic integration; payment collection, reconciliation and refunds remain in your club’s payment workflow. Review that workflow before taking paid bookings.

What about human handoff on tournament bookings or no-shows?

For tournament sign-ups, private lessons or no-show disputes, MessageMind hands the thread to your club manager with the full context, including the court, the slot, the players and the Playtomic booking id. Your manager picks up without asking the player to repeat anything.
