Which Realpad plan is required?

MessageMind connects to any Realpad plan that includes API access, which covers Realpad Growth and above. If you are on Realpad Essentials, our onboarding team coordinates the upgrade with your account manager before go-live, so there is no gap in service.

How does Realpad authentication work?

Enter the Realpad login, password, Developer ID, Screen ID and Project ID supplied for your connection. Credentials are sent with each API request; this connector does not use OAuth or refresh tokens.

What project information can the AI use?

MessageMind reads information for the configured Realpad Project ID, plus leads and customer records. This connector does not provide a live unit inventory or place unit holds.

Can MessageMind reserve a unit or collect a deposit in Realpad?

No. The supported Realpad writes are lead creation and customer field or attribute updates. Unit reservations, deposit collection and agreement signing remain in your sales workflow.

Does it work with DocuSign and other e-signature providers?

The documented Realpad integration manages leads and customer data. It does not document reservation-agreement generation or an e-signature flow, and MessageMind does not trigger Stripe deposits directly. Complete those steps through your existing agreement and payment processes.

Can a human agent take over for bespoke customisation?

Yes. Bespoke requests like upgraded finishes, combined units or non-standard payment plans are flagged to your sales team the moment they come up, with the full buyer context and development specifics attached. The human picks up the Realpad thread without the buyer ever repeating themselves.
