What FieldMotion records does MessageMind use?

The connection reads users, customers and customer custom fields. It can create and edit customers and append customer notes.

How is FieldMotion authenticated?

Enter the API ID and API Key. Requests use FieldMotion signed RPC calls on the correct server shard; this is not an OAuth authorization flow.

Can it assign a certified engineer?

No engineer-dispatch or certification-matching action is exposed by this customer-sync connection. Your dispatch team and FieldMotion workflow retain that responsibility.

Does it upload compliance certificates?

No. CP12, EICR, PAT and other certificates are not filed by this integration. Keep certificate and renewal workflows in the tools that support them.

How quickly are changes synchronized?

Changes are detected by polling, normally about every five minutes. There is no sub-minute webhook guarantee.

How are customer notes preserved?

The integration reads existing notes, appends the new note and writes the full list back, preserving the existing history.
