What the Playtomic integration can do
The Playtomic AI integration ships with the following capabilities out of the box:
- When a player asks for a court, the AI agent checks your Playtomic schedule at that moment and offers the free start times, court by court.
- Players can ask the way they normally would: a day, an exact time, part of a day such as "after 7", or a few days in a row, for 30 to 120 minutes in 15-minute steps. If nothing is free at that time, the AI agent offers the nearest free times.
- Once the player picks a time, the AI agent books the whole court for them in Playtomic, on a specific court if they ask for one by name. It uses the phone number on their contact and asks for one if there is none.
- If the player isn't a customer of your club in Playtomic yet, the AI agent asks for their email (and their name, if their contact doesn't have it) and adds them as a club customer before it books.
- The AI agent lists open matches that still have spots, with the match type, who can join, the level range and the players already in, each with their level.
- A player can join an open match through the chat, alone or with up to two friends.
- A player can also start a new open match as the organiser: competitive, or friendly with a level range, and open to all genders, men only, women only or mixed teams. They can bring up to three friends, and the AI agent can share the match link so others join on Playtomic.

How to set up the Playtomic AI integration
Setup takes a few minutes once your Playtomic account is live. The outline:
- In MessageMind, open Connections > Integrations from the top bar.
- Click Industry-Specific in the left rail, or type Playtomic in the search box.
- Click Connect on the Playtomic row. The Connect Playtomic window opens.
- Paste your Playtomic API credentials into Client ID and Client Secret.
- Paste your club's Playtomic ID into Tenant ID.
- Type your club's slug into Club Slug.

- A player on WhatsApp asks for a court tomorrow evening for 90 minutes. The AI agent lists the free start times and books the one they pick.
- Someone wants to play but has no group. The AI agent shows that day's open matches with their level ranges and adds them to the one they choose.
- A player wants a friendly match on Saturday morning for levels 2 to 3. The AI agent creates it and shares the link so other players can join on Playtomic.
- A regular asks what time their match is on Thursday. Their reservations are already in front of the AI agent, so it answers straight away.
- A player can't make it and asks to drop out. The AI agent takes them off the open match, and an Open Match Cancelled campaign lets you follow up.

Limitations to know
The Playtomic integration ships with a deliberately scoped surface. These are the limits worth knowing before you depend on it:
- Only padel. Other sports at your club aren't offered.
- The AI agent doesn't see prices and doesn't take payments.
- Times are always in the time zone you entered when connecting.
- A search over several days covers up to 30 days. When a player asks for a time of day without a date, the AI agent looks at the next 7 days.
- Open matches have 4 players, 2 per team.

How does authentication work for the Playtomic integration?
You paste the Client ID and Client Secret Playtomic gave your club, add your club's details and enter the email and password of a Playtomic Manager account. You aren't sent to a Playtomic sign-in page. When you click Connect, MessageMind checks the credentials and the login with Playtomic and only saves them if both work. MessageMind stores these credentials encrypted at rest and uses them only server-side, so they never reach the browser or any third party.
What does the AI agent do once Playtomic is connected?
It works with live Playtomic data during the conversation.
