Does this integration connect to my DMS?

The AutoTrader integration reads your advertiser catalogue. It does not establish a separate connection to CDK, Keyloop, Pinewood or another DMS. Check any other integration independently.

How is AutoTrader connected?

Use your AutoTrader Client ID, Client Secret and Advertiser ID. The server exchanges the credentials for a short-lived token and refreshes it as needed.

Does MessageMind generate finance quotes through AutoTrader?

No. This integration reads published vehicle information. Finance quotes, lender decisions and compliance checks remain with your dealership and finance tools.

Can it reserve a vehicle or change stock?

No. AutoTrader access is read-only. Catalogue availability reflects the latest successful sync and is not a reservation or a guarantee that a vehicle remains available.

Does it book a test drive?

The AutoTrader connection does not contain a test-drive booking action. Your team must arrange the test drive through its scheduling process.

What happens if a stock refresh unexpectedly returns no vehicles?

The existing catalogue is kept rather than erased. Your team should check the AutoTrader connection and request another sync before relying on the last known stock.
