What do I need to connect Survey Booker?

Ask Survey Booker for your tenant API URL and API key, with access to the contact search endpoints. Enter both in MessageMind so the connection can validate them together.

How does Survey Booker authentication work?

The connector uses your tenant API URL and API key, sent in the X-SurveyBooker-API-Key header. It does not use an OAuth sign-in or OAuth refresh tokens.

Does the connector quote or book every survey type?

The standard connection imports and updates contacts. It does not calculate survey fees, allocate surveyors or read live surveyor availability. Your practice can answer service questions from the business information it provides.

Does it calculate mileage or VAT?

No. Mileage, VAT and quote calculations remain in your practice workflow. The standard connector syncs client contact information rather than generating a fee calculation.

Does it perform AML or ID verification?

No. Your practice remains responsible for its verification process. The connector does not carry out AML checks or certify a client file as compliant.

Can the connector create Survey Booker jobs?

Surveying lead creation is disabled by default. When explicitly configured, the outbound create workflow requires service and job-address details and creates a surveying job and quote; it is separate from ordinary contact updates.
