The Brevo AI integration connects Brevo to MessageMind so an AI agent can read live context and reply across every channel your customers use. Connect Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to keep your contacts, labels and custom fields the same in MessageMind and in Brevo. You paste a Brevo API key, your Brevo contacts are imported, and after that changes travel both ways. Brevo lists become labels and Brevo attributes become custom fields.

What the Brevo integration can do
The Brevo AI integration ships with the following capabilities out of the box:
- Imports your Brevo contacts as soon as you connect, with their lists as labels and their attributes as custom fields.
- Picks up edits, list additions, unsubscribes and deleted contacts as Brevo reports them.
- Looks for new Brevo contacts every hour, and every 7 days goes through all contacts changed since the last check.
- Adds new MessageMind contacts to Brevo when they have an email or phone number, including people created when they first message you on a channel.
- Sends contact edits made in MessageMind to Brevo, custom fields included.
- When your team or an automation adds or removes a label, the contact joins or leaves the Brevo list with the same name.
- A label that arrives from Brevo can start a campaign that uses the Label is Added trigger.
Data read and written
The Brevo AI integration touches a scoped set of fields. Here is exactly what moves between the two systems:

How to set up the Brevo AI integration
Setup takes a few minutes once your Brevo account is live. The outline:
- In Brevo, open SMTP & API and go to the API Keys tab.
- Click Generate a new API key, give it a name you will recognise (MessageMind, for example) and copy the key. It starts with xkeysib-.
- In MessageMind, open Connections > Integrations. Click CRM in the left rail, or type Brevo in the search box.
- Click Connect on the Brevo row. The Connect Brevo window opens.
- Paste the key into the API Key field. The eye icon at the end of the field shows what you pasted.
- Click Connect. The button reads "Connecting…" while the key is checked with Brevo.

Limitations to know
The Brevo integration ships with a deliberately scoped surface. These are the limits worth knowing before you depend on it:
- Brevo contacts with no email address and no phone number are not imported.
- Brevo reports changes by email address. Edits to a Brevo contact that only has a phone number arrive with the 7-day check, or when you click Sync now.
- Brevo sends nothing when a contact leaves a list. The matching label is removed the next time that contact is read from Brevo, for example after another edit in Brevo or during Import from Brevo.
- Unsubscribes only travel from Brevo to MessageMind. Changing Marketing communications in MessageMind never subscribes or unsubscribes anyone in Brevo.
- Deleting a contact in MessageMind does not delete it in Brevo.

The Brevo AI integration is available on MessageMind's paid plans. The MessageMind pricing page lists which plan is required and what each tier includes. There is no extra per-integration fee; the connection is part of your account.

The key you pasted is not a Brevo API key. SMTP keys are the usual mix-up. In Brevo, go to SMTP & API > API Keys, generate a new API key and paste that one.
